DEVELOPMENT

After our initial meeting, our design department will create scaled drawings specifically for you. Whether it’s a new sunroom, a deck, or a full room addition, our design department creates scaled drawings specific to your project. Unlike companies that offer pre-fabricated solutions, we design your project to complement your home’s existing architecture. We consider your homes existing features and recommend the right size and materials to ensure your new outdoor addition is designed right.

PRESENTATION

Once we’ve developed your custom design, we schedule a meeting to present our ideas. We provide complete, scaled plans showing all dimensions and details of your project. These detailed plans ensure you can clearly visualize what your finished project will look like before we begin construction.

REFINEMENT
