Spring is almost here and it’s a great time to start thinking about cleaning up the yard and spending more time outdoors with family and friends. What better way than on a beautiful paver patio designed and built by Suncraft. Our expert patio designers create each paver patio plan drawn to scale with your budget and function in mind. We draw scaled patio plans and designs and recommend the paver patterns and paver colors that best compliment your homeʼs scale and color palette.

Our company trained paver installation crews provide expert professional installation of interlocking concrete pavers, clay brick pavers, and tumbled pavers in patterns including Muster K pattern, herringbone pattern, running bond pattern, basket weave pattern, cobblestone, and random patterns with a soldier course paver border. Pavers are installed on a base of compacted gravel and sand which is graded for proper drainage.

Step down to a paver landing and paver steps from your back door to a curved or angle shaped paver patio. We can even incorporate retaining walls and paver seat walls with columns. Suncraft just completed this beautiful gable roof sunroom addition featuring Eze-Breeze vertical sliding windows with optional bronze tint. As you can see, the tinting provides privacy but offers a clear view from the inside. Notice how well we matched the architecture of their house. We installed matching roof shingles, gutters, siding, and trim so that it fits perfectly with the existing house. Winter deck construction in Blacklick, Ohio.  This great looking treated pine deck is almost complete.  All that’s missing are the steps and a bit of railing.  One more day of construction and it’s ready for enjoyment… if the weather cooperates.

We are enclosing an existing porch on a condominium in Gahanna, Ohio.  We custom-built fixed transom windows for above the doors to let the sun shine in.  Once the trim is painted to match, it will be complete.  Next we are going to add a wrap around paver patio so that our customers can sit outside and have a place for their grill.

“Before” and “during construction photos” of Eze-Breeze porch construction. Project located in Powell, Ohio in Woods of Powell North subdivision. Notice how well new porch matches architecture of house. We installed James Hardie beaded cement siding on gable end to match house siding. Check back for photos of completed project.

Sunroom construction in Westerville, Ohio.  This was an existing screened porch.  We removed the screens and re-framed the walls to accept sliding doors and windows.  As you can see, it’s almost done and it matches the existing house perfectly.  Our customers can’t wait to move in!
